Coaching sessions depend on one’s needs. It can be life coaching, body awareness, breath education, mindfulness, quantum manifesting, and so on. I will support your growth and transformation in any place of your life. Working with somatic practices release physical brocks, removes “nervous clutter” and supports the inner curiosity.

Soul Crystal Healing™
Energy healing, also known as energy transfer, is a set of energetic procedures designed to restore physical and emotional health and well-being.
